Pay by Bank Alfalah (Account: HEALTH AND CARE PHARMACY, IBAN: PK75ALFH0176001008464734) or JazzCash (03291823306, Rizwan Irshad). Share the screenshot or transaction ID. We pack and dispatch as soon as payment is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, home delivery is for orders of Rs 1,000 or more. For smaller purchases you're always welcome at either branch in Bhera.
How does Elva check medicine stock?
Elva connects live to the pharmacy's stock database. She tells you whether an item is available at Branch 1 (THQ Hospital) or Branch 2 (Chak Wala Darwaza), gives the current price, and can add it straight to your cart. She understands English, Roman Urdu and Urdu.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery is calculated by road distance from the nearest branch: nearby addresses pay Rs 0–100, farther areas pay a bit more. Free delivery inside 10 km on orders over Rs 5,000.
Can I order prescription medicines online?
Yes. Upload your doctor's slip right here on the home page or send it via WhatsApp. Our pharmacist checks it before your order is prepared.
